I have a total of 5 levels 24”, 36” 48” 72” and 78” , they are great levels never had any problems until today. My 72” level has 3 vials 2 plumb and one level. I was plumbing a wall and noticed the wall was slightly wavy. So my first gut instinct was to get upset with my helper and I asked him whats up and checked it. Sure enough depending on which plumb vial I used one was correct and the other was off about a 3/16 over 6’. I called Stabila and there customer service rep told me i could mail it back or go to one of the local vendors and call them back when i got there . I also mentioned while i was on the phone where i was i going to go. I went to where I bought them and called them back and before i could even talk to the guys they had a new level waiting for me on the counter no questions just a sorry for the hassle. So where I’m going with this is, If you have the money they are pricy. Go with Stabila and don’t look back and if you are in the Trenton?Hamilton NJ area give Hamilton Supply a shot they are great guys.

Bill, glad you had a great outcome! Quality shines through in more ways than on the job. A relevant side note, Menards sells MasterForce levels that are made in Germany. Turns out they’re made by Stabila. I just picked up a 78”er. Guaranteed for life, too.
