I have had a Fein Multimaster for many years and I continue to find new ways to use it. I have recently purchased the Fein tool stand. It allows you to mount it to a bench so the tool is stationary or “clamped to commercially available drill stands with a 43 mm collar diameter”.,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&biw=1440&bih=731&wrapid=tlif133273496490810&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=16475148721344897882&sa=X&ei=-OtvT4qGLomvgwekkeFr&ved=0CKwBEPMCMAY#

The trouble is I cannot find a tool stand that looks worth the money. I have found two Bosch drill stands for $280-350. They looks very solid and well build, however more that I care to spend.

I have found a full range of others from China; they are any where from $30 to $100. Some are obviously cheap, while others look like they may work. However I am skeptical and there is little information is available on these.

I did find one made in Germany for about $90, but the shipping would be about $90 also. I cannot find a US outlet.

Ok, enough whining, has any one out there mounted their multimaster to a drill stand, and if so, what brand and where did you get it?

Thanks for your advice.
