I’ll make this short and sweet….can I buy a Grizzly table saw at “The Woodworking Shows” event in Charlotte today?
Grizzly ordering desk could not answer the question. I’ve never been to a show so…but I have cash ready for a saw.
Thanks

I’ve can’t say I’ve seen Grizzly at a Woodworkers Show or anyone selling them there and I’ve been going to them for 20 some years. But that’s up here.

And big ticket items like that aren’t usually stocked for sale at the show, but I’ve seen places sell Unisaw’s and DJ-20’s off the floor on the last day when the vendor doesn’t want to cart it back with them. A buddy bought one of each that way. But again, that’s up here.

And I’ve picked up even smaller things that way on the last day and thus gotten really good deals.

That being said, you can sometimes get really good deals buying big ticket items there if you’re willing to wait for them. I bought my Delta drum sander there when they first came out in January or February when vendors only had display models, Delta wasn’t shipping them yet and got a really good price on it.

I bought it from a place in Illinois and when they finally got them in March or April they drove it up on a Saturday, uncrated it, took it down in my basement, and set it up. No extra charge. That was a sweet deal.
