JET Replacement Parts - Vortex Cone Discontinued?

After reading about all of the creative wok retrofits for dust collectors to simulate the JET vortex cone, it occurred to me, maybe you can buy the cone from JET as a replacement part. When I went to the official JET replacement part site and found the parts page for the DC-1100VX, all of the parts were listed included the cone and all of the parts were available for purchase EXCEPT the cone which is listed as continued. Really? I guess they have to list it as discontinued since they don’t have a parts status called “We don’t want you to be able to easily retrofit a non-vortex model”.
