I make lazy susan’s and I have seen pictures of them with gallery rails either all the way around them or split. I have done hours of Google searching trying to find these rails to no avail. Does anyone know where to buy them? -- "Courage is being scared to death -- but saddling up anyway." |

I know you can buy straight railings in 3 or 4 ft. sections but you will have to make the round sections. Buy or turn the individual spindles, then glue up boards to make the rails. Cut out the circle or half circle into rings and rout the edges of the circles. Then go to work drilling the holes in the rings, both upper and lower, for the spindles. ;-)> |

Uh…..Why would ya want to? I wouldn’t want ‘em on my susans (3/4 circle). Seems like it would increase the “lift over” and reduce vertical capacity. Just askin’. -- bill@magraphics.us |

Bill- Just something I thought of and it’s something else I can offer. Besides I like they way some of them look. I know I could make my own but if I could buy the rails the it would make the prosses a little easier. -- "Courage is being scared to death -- but saddling up anyway." |

I would make my own rails and buy the little spindles so at least the rails would match the main project wood. -- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did. |
