Does anyone know of a good way to adjust the position of the handles on the Twin Screw Vise? I would like the position of each handle to match. In other words if the one on the left is at 12 oclock then I would like the other one to match.

I can’t see how to do that and still keep the more important face adjustment right.

Good question as that’s something I’d like to do as well. I’ve been tweaking the last few things on my bench, and that’s something on my need-to-investage list. I assumed (maybe incorrectly?) that you could do it by loosening the set screw on the non-drive screw and re-tightening after they were aligned? If that doesn’t work, the only other way I can think of would be to put thin shims behind one or the other nut-plate so that they jaws close up at the same screw position.

Doug has it correct. Loosen the set screw, spin to position and then re-tighten.

Too easy :)
