I’m going to be ripping some 8/4 Jatoba for a glue up and fear my table saw isn’t going to be able to handle it. I have an old craftsman with a 1 1/16 HP motor. I have a nice Frued thin kerf blade but am still concerned. Is this doable if I feed it real slow or am I just nuts to attempt it? I’ve been looking at the Grizzly 690 but if I could get by without it I would. Thanks, John

Is the Freud TK a 24T rip blade?
