I have 47 molding planes that I am thinking of getting rid of. They are all in excellent condition. I live in York pa and if possible, I would like to get rid of all of them in one shot.

Those are some nice looking planes. I just bought 19 of them for $175 (about $9 each). Once in a while a great deal falls in your lap, I suppose. -- It's the best woodworking show since the invention of wood... New episodes Wednesdays at: http://www.stumpynubs.com |

Love to buy them but the price is too high for me and I have no space if I had the money. -- David in Damascus, MD |

Sorry I havent posted an update sooner on these planes. I did not have any serious interest in the whole lot, so I had to break them down into groups. All of the hollow and rounds are all gone. I do not know if anyone is interested in the balance of the planes. The blades are all in good condition, the bodies are also in good condition and all appear to be true. If anyone is interested let me know and I will see if we can work something out on them. I will try to get pics up of them soon. If i dont have any luck I might have to go to e-bay with them. |
