I saw a post on another site about a wood bartering site. i knew there must be a place to go and find people with wood for sale or trade. I joined and hope to find some deals on wood. It is woodbarter.com Not as good as Lumberjocks of course, bur a different emphasis.

Yeah Daren, but now I gotta search for all the new posts.
Minor inconvenience though, good site and some gorgeous wood over there.

I have been checking it out for a few days. I see some familiar names and have seen some good wood. I have a theory that it was started by some people with some serious wood addictions and they are hoarding wood!!! LOL. I do have to reduce the size of pictures when i post. That slows me down a bit. I would like to see more wood for sale on Lumberjocks.

Gene, if you are logged on to the site you will see your name in the upper right corner, click that it is a dropdown menu that shows new posts etc.

Thanks for the link Robert. Just joined up. Don’t know if I’ll list any wood for sale or trade but one never knows.

BTW, are you going to be needing any figured maple later on this spring?

Actually Gene, right after I posted that comment above here the admin over there made a change so ’’new posts’’ are easier to find. That is in the header now. We are growing and changing daily, part of being a young forum.
