I am thinking about building a Cajun Microwave and I was wondering if any of you could give me some dos and don’ts. Such as the depth of the box, as I see that they are different depths. I would imagine that this would affect your cooking time. I was wondering if you could partition part of it off if you were not doing a whole pig.
