Hi guys,

I’m on here looking for help.

I’m a farrier turned blacksmith who is setting up his own business making hand tools for the farriery industry.

I need to find a good supplier of quality, hickory, hammer shafts, some of these may need to be custom made, but google isn’t pushing me in any helpful direction.

If anyone on here knows of a firm who maybe able to help I’d be happy for the info.

That is SOOOOO cool. I’ll be lookin’ for ya.
Don’t forget that there are lots of WWers who use holdfasts for the workbench. Might even think about pounding out some custom work there. Mine were made by Mike Rose at Dollywood several years ago. Took him about 30 min. to make some I use today

You can try ebay. Haven’t been on it for awhile.
