Oh and on a side note I asked a couple of weeks ago about buying a older delta miter saw and went forward with that purchase. I am still yet to find a model number!

That saw was not more than $69.95 when it was new. I had one.
They normally sell for $25 to $50 on CL.
Cast aluminum table.
Maximum blade width of 1/4” with 9” plastic wheels.
