Had fun this weekend tuning and sharpening. I got my hands on some nice granite end splashes and the heavy granite sanding surface from WoodCraft. The Veritas honing guide works wonderful.

I’m still not addicted though….... errrrr ummmmm ahhhhhh :)

My granite surface plate came from a local countertop fabricator. Sink cutout. Free.
You’ll love havin’ a super flat surface on which to sharpen.

I have a supplier who does all our granite counter tops. He told me to come by and take all I wanted. He refused to take any money for them. I took 6 of them….. all around 4” wide and 18” long.

Have your say...
