Topic tags/keywords: delta spindle sander oscillating Hey all, Still building out my shop. I have an opportunity to pick up this sander for $35 bucks. I know it isn’t the Ridgid, but is it worth $35? I am not even sure I will use it but a handful of times a year. Does it use sleeves, etc, that are standard sizes, easy to replace/find? Thanks! Pink |

For that price, definitely! I have the Delta Boss spindle sander and use it all the time. The sleeves are pretty standard, but you’ll need to get more spindles if it doesn’t come with the sander. -- "hold fast to that which is good" |

Awesome! I picked it for $35. It came with a 1/2” spindle and the plate insert and a 2” spindle without the red plate insert. I am thinking about just buying the spindles and making the inserts (zero clearance) out of some acrylic I have laying around … unless you know of a affordable place to get them? Either way, I figured for $35, I couldn’t go wrong. Thanks for the response! Pink |
