Topic tags/keywords: question

I am looking to buy a Delta 36-T30 T2 feince for my table saw but want to put 8’ rails on it because I am going to make a twin pack buy hooking both of my craftsman saws side to side. Does anyone know if I can buy them that long or can some one send me info on what demensions the steal is so I can buy it to make them and just order the feince with no rail? Any help would be awsome.

Thank you David

I beleive the steel on the T2 is 2×2. you should be able to pick it up at any steel supplier. Are you handy? I have a link to a guy who built his own tsquare fence.

A cam lock shouldnt be too difficult. ive actually seen a few designs that use a toggle clamp to lock the fence down as well. I was gonna build my own until I stumbled on the sawstop i have. heavier than a biese for 113.50 on ebay
