Topic tags/keywords: sketchup cutlist mac os x question

Hi All,

I have not posted before but enjoy browsing the Lumberjocks site, what a great site for showcasing projects and discussing methods.

My question is in regards to the Cutlist Plugin for Sketchup. First of all, I just want to say what a great plugin this is – many thanks to the author, Steve Racz. I need to use the layout output → SVG workaround that other mac users have pointed out but that is no big deal.

I am using a mac and Sketchup 8 with the plugin. I am having a couple of problems perhaps someone can help me with or direct me to the information?

Firstly, I am unable to ‘Save Settings’ in the dialog box. I get a message reading “Alert , Settings Saved’ but they do not seem to have been saved. I tried giving read/write permissions to all of the plugin folder but that did not work.

Also, every time I open the plugin I get a very small dialog box and I have to re-size it. Not a big deal but perhaps there is a way to adjust this?

Thank you.
