Need to find the ” value” of a resistor/capasitor on the circuit board. Can’t find a diagram on line.

If you can isolate the component, you can check the resistance of the resistor with an ohm meter. If it’s an older through hole component and has the color bands on it, then a quick Google search might also provide the value. For a cap, unless it’s marked on the body of the component, you’d need a z-meter, if memory serves. It’s been 20 years since my electronic theory classes, though :) good luck
