Joes and Mine are the small ones in front which there are 2 of each made

By the way the website is now up and running since I have been in the hospital since Dec 15 until March 12,13 and had my room mate do the site stuff for me. We both like your openion on how it looks and what we need to change. http://www.lovinghandsmemoryboxs.com/index.html

Hey fellow LJs, Arlin needs a little help here. I’ve made 3 and will make more as time permits but he needs more. Some of you boxmakers jump in here. Don’t pay any attention to the rules/dimensions he sends you! They are merely suggested guidelines (sorry Arlin). I have been where these people are and will do anything I can to try to help. Thanks in advance as I know we’ve got a lot of caring people on this site.

Thanks Arlin, But you know me I’ll probably just treat the new ones as “suggested guidelines”. By the way don’t ever tell the cop that you thought the speed limit sign was just a “suggested guideline”. They don’t have a sense of humor about that!

@gfadvm: Technically, speed limit signs are “suggested guidlines”...

I’m not a lawyer by any means, but, I’ve been to traffic school enough times to know the law, at least in Arizona, states the speed limit is ALWAYS what is reasonably safe and prudent given the conditions. Sometimes resaonably safe is ZERO mph, regardless of what the sign says.

I have heard of instances when someone successfully argued in court that their speed of travel was reasonably safe and prudent at higher than the posted speed, but that is a tough row to hoe.

@Arlin, those boxes look wonderful. It sounds like they will benefit a worthy cause. This is the first I’ve heard of it and I’ll be looking into this some more as time allows. I suspect there are many LJ’s on here who would be willing to make projects to benefit a worthy cause. Thanks for inspirig us all.

Hi dear Arlin,
Wonderful boxes, my favorite are the one with the oblique sides and the visual dovels.
Hope you are fine and with a smile on the lips,
Mads
