Topic tags/keywords: chisel question

I am contemplating purchasing some chisels from Traditiona it appears that they have a house brand that some company in Germany manufactures for them. The chisels look suspiciously like Hirsch or Two Cherries. Does anyone know of this firm or their tools? I scanned through the chisel reviews and we have surprisingly sparse information on chisels. I wonder if that is really a reflection on the surprisingly sparse number of chisel manufacturers.

Have you looked at Ashley Isles? I picked up a few and became a fan. I have a set of cheap beaters, but when you want a quality chisel for paring or dovetails the Isles are a step above.
