Thanks for your comments Dan. I think I’m very fortunate that the wood does most of the work for me just by the way it looks after the bark is removed. The federal gov’t pays the ranchers to have them removed because they are considered an invasive species. So, all I have to do is get permission from them to remove them too. Unfortunately, only about 1% or less have the kind of character in the photo. |

I’m working on other types of things right now but I’ll sure keep that wood in mind. The types of projects that you have made with it look very interesting.
