Topic tags/keywords: zebrawood knife block custom

Hi everyone
Seems like I’ve been on a knife block run for the last few months. This little custom block is made from Zebrawood, walnut, cherry and maple. The clients name begins with “V” so she wanted the bookmatched Zebrawood to form the “V” on the base of the block. Fun little project.

another beauty mike, so fun to get creative with these, and using some fun woods…these are a little different then the corn machines…that was a real beauty, was the customer happy with what you did, they should have given you a bonus for the great job you did on that one…making what you did out of a crate of parts was a good job….grizz

it is a thing of beauty! the zebrawood is great, but the contrasting wood on the top really sets it off.
