Where is wood that is a deep green color ?

I assume you don’t want to stain your wood? I know a lot of people use poplar, but it turns brown after being in the sun for a while. Greenheart (lignum vitae) is pretty reliably green if you let it sit in the sun. It’s brown beforehand, but leave it in the sun for a while and it changes colors. I’m gonna say that’s probably your best bet.

Yellow poplar and cucumber tree, both in the Magnolia family have green heartwood.
