I really lucked out driving home from work and saw a yard sale. Low and be hold I picked up a made in USA delta 14” delta 3/4 hp bandsaw and jet 13” planer for $200. The yardsale gods were shining down on me today

I’ll throw out another, YOU SUCK!

Nice finds. We’ll let you slide and say you only suck if you don’t do the right thing. Send the planer to me and the band saw to SuperD.

lol thanks guys. I actually think I made out because of someone else’s misfortane from the arua of things , i think there was a divorce or house/ money problems. The gentleman was throwing in about 10 blades and a new set of knives with the machines but i gave him 50 extra for them.

There’s usually some kind of story behind such great deals.

Reminds me of this one:

A guy seen an ad for a chevy in the paper for fifty dollars. He figured it was worth a shot, so he called up and talked to the lady selling the car. She said, sure, come on over, it’s in my garage.
He drove to the address and the middle aged woman walked out to the garage, flung open the door, and there sat a 1972 corvette in perfect condition.
The fellow took it for a test drive.
He came back, gave the woman the money, and took possesion of the title.
Feeling a tad guilty, he asked the lady if she had any idea what kind of car that was.
The lady said, ”Oh, I know exactly what kind of car that is. My husband reminded me of it every time he lovingly washed it. He loved that car so much that he wouldn’t even let me drive it. Then a week ago, he called me from his business trip to inform me that he was divorcing me to be with his secretary. Now I’m doing exactly what he told me to do. He said I could have the house. He wanted me to sell his car though and to immediately mail him the proceeds. I assure you I’ll have this fifty dollars in the mail to him before the post office closes.”
