These vices both have a 7” wide front jaw and they open up to about 9 ½’’. One is a Wilton ($65.00) the other is a Columbian ($55.00), both made in the USA. The Columbian is missing its bench dog so that is way I am asking $10.00 less for that one. They both work great and would be the last vice you would ever have to buy. Great for the guy who is looking to build a new bench or put one on his existing one. Go to the Craig’s listing for pictures.

Shame shipping would be $$ as I’d have both of them.

Meikou, shipping would run in the $50.00 range for both (USA) which would still be well under ½ the price of new. Do a price check, as these run in the $200.00 range each.

Thanks for looking

Basically – The Columbian and the Wilton are the same vice – only the color is different. I have a Columbian that is about 15 years old. It has been whaled on, smacked on, beaten on, with a 3# hammer and generally misused for all that time, and never failed me. Just thought I’d let you know.

Let’s take $10.00 off either vice to make the sale more desirable…..

John, to ship both to Az it would be $50.00 so the total would be $150.00 which is a savings of about 250.00 from new. (to ship one vice it would be $30.00)

Thanks Richard

Were in AZ I used to live in Tucson on Broadway ….

Richard, I also lived in Tucson for 3 years. Stationed at DM back in the day. I haven’t been there in years but I hear my old area is a bad place to be these days. It was pretty nice back then. Palo Verde and I10 area.

Richard, I live in north Phoenix. My kids went to the UofA in Tucson. I haven’t been down there for a few years now. I’ve lived here in Phoenix for the past 30 years. I’m going to send you a PM on the vises.

Grandpa, it’s been 30 years since I lived in Tucson. (Back when they had Fedmart stores,I managed one) I am sure that area has changed a lot.

I left Tucson in March of ‘74 so I guess that has been 38 yrs. or will be 38 next month. l guess things should change. I went back in ‘80 and hardly knew it. It was growing like crazy. When I left Kolb Road was a mile or so out of town on I10. When we went back I was in town. I might be in the heart of town now. who knows.
