I hope you can help me out here. Can anyone tell me the name of the LJ who makes these really amazing contemporary designs with walnut – the drawers/doors have a very unusual finish – they are either painted or somehow chemically distressed in different colours, they look they have been left to rust but are usually turquoise.
I think his most recent work was a console/entry table, I know he has a website that is very modern looking displaying all sorts of work, walnut carcases and drawers/doors with the aforementioned finish in different colours,
I can’t for the life of me remember his name and have tried searching thru the archives here, but no results.
This is very distinctive work and I hope someone will know who I’m talking about.

Thanks in advance.

I was stunned by this individual’s creativity. I learned my lesson about failing to ‘favorite’ those projects that truly inspire me. Glad to help, renners! Jason Wheeler is a talented artist. Glad I left a comment on his project, or I’d never have found it again either.
