Topic tags/keywords: delta-invicta rs-15 shaper

Purchased delta/invicta shaper RS-15 (Model# 43-780) a couple months ago. Hooked phase converter and turned it on. Everything works, now the hard part. Finding a 1-1/4” spindle assembly. Also looking for duste chute for this model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats one sweet machine. I ve been using an rs-15 for twenty yrs plus. I happen to have all of the origional spindles. There is quite a few of these machines out there but it may be a tall order getting someone to turn loose of the 1 1/4 spindle. Im sure you ve already looked but I have seen a couple on e-bay being parted out in the past. And I have seen one off and on in oklahoma city craiglist as recent as three wks ago.Asking 2500 for it complete, but he might consider parting with a spindle. I ll keep a notation about this and if I come across one I will contact you . JB

Where do I find any parts for the 43-780. Also what do you recommend to do if I can not find any parts.

Have your say...
