Porter cable 333 ROS decided to throw up Sunday. Ordered replacement parts 1/22/11. Got ‘em in the mail-YES THE USPS mail today 11/25/11. Pretty darned good service from ‘em I’d say.

They are a good outfit to do business with. They’ve got parts for almost everything. I have two 333’s that I’ve been keeping in like new operating order for years. New bushings, bearings, belts, brushes, etc. Bought a new Bosch sander a while back, but don’t like it as much as the PC. Nice to have a place to get any part you need for your tools. Even if they have to back order stuff, it’s not too painful a wait.

The same story here. I bought a used 8” Delta jointer a few years ago and needed a some small parts. They had them all and the service was top-notch.

I just ordered some parts for my lawnmower. I chose economy shipping. I got them in 4 days. Great service.

Something else worthy of note: the minimum shipping cost for small parts from eReplacementparts is roughly $6 less than from the servicenet (PC or DeWalt) manufacturer’s parts web site, too.
