If you’re prepared, or want, to get your hands a bit dirty, I use PageSpinner .

I thought mac came with web software preloaded. iWeb

@KayBee The Mac does come with iWeb, but Apple is no longer supporting it, so upgrades will not be available as the system software changes.

Dream weaver is good, I also heard some good things about Adobe Muse which is free,
