Topic tags/keywords: question

I need to build a small wooden platform approx. 20 in x 30 in, and 12 in. off the ground. And i was wanting to make the legs easily removable or folding. So that its portable. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do you have any door hinges laying around? There are better choices for hardware than door hinges, you could buy some folding leg hardware. I’m in favor of folding legs over removable legs. I’d end up a leg short with a removable version.

How often and easily does it need to be portable?

Hanger bolts and corner brackets would be simple enough but require a couple of minutes, less if you use wing nuts or have a ratcheting wrench handy
