Okay so just now getting into the woodsmith shop on PBS, anyways it is driving nuts trying to figure out what they use to clamp almost every project down to their work bench with. Its like they have two little fingers that come up from the bench and clamp the work. can anyone tell me what these are? they seem quite handy!!

Google “bench dogs” and see if that’s it?

no its a clamp of some kind…

I don’t know since I don’t watch the show but take a look at the clamping stuff on Lee Valley’s site. Probably have them there.

no they hold from the side just like a clamp lol maybe it is bench dogs just really nice ones? idk just wondering if anyone else knew what they were

Check out Veritas Wonder Dogs and Wonder Pups at Lee Valley; link is above in David’s post.
They are delux dogs with a threaded hole across the top and a screw like a “C” clamp in it.

still don’t look like the ones on the show but those are cool!! may have to get me some of those lol
