Why do I have problems downloading my projects. I have my photos sized 640×480 as previously advised, -- Bob C, Australia. I love sharing as long as it is not my tools |

that is strange. Sometimes when I try and upload a high resolution image, it takes a long time to upload and sometimes it won’t accept the images. You have the size of the image correct (max. 640 pixels wide). Check the pixels size as well. Sorry you didn’t get an answer on your last request. -- ~ Debbie, Canada (http://www.execulink.com/~yohan) |

Hi Bob. I don’t understand it because mine go right in like sending an inserted image on E mail. One suggestion: try to do it from someone else’s computer just to rule out your computer. See if it does the same thing from a different input!...................Jim -- Jim Jakosh.....Practical Wood Products...........Learn something new every day!! |

Forget the photo storage site. It will try and download whatever the size is on that site. Usually they are to big. If you’re downloading from your Computer it’s much faster. Just make sure the photo is in the proper Format i.e. .jpeg, or .jpg The site wont accept some formats such as .bmp. But you will be told right away if it’s the wrong format and what formats they do accept. Is that what your error message is? Wrong Format? I have NO idea where this message ““oops sorry email sent in error”. would come from, never seen it before. I have NO idea what this means “I think the first image however has to be uploaded from the Computer to the LJ site.” That means you should use 2 different Sites to download your Pictures??? If the first Image is downloaded from your Computer and it works, the rest of them, from your Computer should work also. Makes NO sense to download from 2 different locations. I use to use Photobucket and it was a pain in the ass. Since the site is now allowing you to download directly from your Computer it has become MUCH easier!! I have NO trouble at all Downloading from my Computer to this Site. -- ENJOY YOURSELVES GUYS!!! |

Bob I think that Jim’s suggestion is sensible. Perhaps the use of another computer is a good one to narrow the area of where the issue is at. Thanks for sharing -- Chuck Emery, Michigan, |
