My 12 years old son has been selected by People to People Ambassador program to travel to England this July. He has to raise to money for the trip. Being a woodworker, I thought I might make some small fundraiser things. Only problem is what.

Anybody have any suggestions?

That’s quite an honor! You must be proud, and he will absolutely love England. You need something fast, and inexpensive in the $ 10 to $15 prie range or it just isn’t worth it More would be beter if possible. You seem to be really good at the scrollsaw, how about little simple plaques or desk signs with simple popular themes that can be knocked out quickly. www.stevegood.com among others has lots of patterns if you need.

How about scrolling through the projects and finding something that looks great that’s not to time consuming to make.
Bottle balancers, candle holders, cheese boards, pens, bowls etc etc.

If you can find a good price on some kits, make pens. Cutting boards are always a good seller too. Or picture frames. Small band saw boxes, maybe?
