My uncle was a Vietnam Era Veteran. He passed away recently and I have the flag from his funeral. The flags size is 9.5’ X 5’. I am wanting to build a case to display the flag. I am wondering if anyone knows the dimensions the case should be, or if anyone may have a set of plans they might share. My problem is trying to get the right angles on the corners so they meet correctly. I have an idea of what I want but, dimensions and cut angles would help to make the project easier! If someone could help me, it would be much appreciated!

My condolences on your loss.

Tommy MacDonald sent me one of his new books (Rough Cut) and it has a flag case in it. I can’t scan it for you because of copyright laws, but I can share the deminsions and other details if you like via PM?
