I am interested in making wood threads for a Vise and for some clamps. I want to make my own cutters to produce them ( I am a glutton for punishment I guess). Does anyone have the specs for the threads? I have looked on the internet and can’t seem to find them. I have come up with bits and pieces but not everything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

I believe he has plans to put together a more detail blog on the subject too. Here is the start of it:
