Remember the little Bombe box we did with Stumpy, well we did a few more, so thought you might like to take a look, one is bubinga, trim another walnut, some dyed cherry, and we mixed up the tiger maple and the cherry on a couple. here is the blog I did, just watch the slide show . http://intheworkshop.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/my-boxes-finished/

and a Merry Christmas, or Happy Holiday to all of you , be safe

Wonderful work, Charles!

It’s just as easy to make 6 or 10 as it does 1 isn’t it?... Except from getting a little boring doing the same thing SO MUCH...!! But, all of the Setups, etc. are only done once… And you have to keep all of the pieces straight for the correct Piece!

Now, are you planning auctioning them off at $2,500 each (LOL) or what?

You’re doing GREAT!

Merry Christmas! &
Happy New Year!

How can you Top this Year?!

Joe, not auctioning them, actually one of them went to the 2nd place bidder, for a very nice contribution to Wounded Warriors, couple of the others will go for some other charities, and some for Christmas Gifts, will have built 10 when all is said and done, but it was indeed enjoyable.

Very nice. Charles the finishes and grain selection are outstanding. I am sure wounded warriors and the other charities thank you for what you have done. It will come back to you 7 fold.

How did I miss this thread…

I still plan on making one of those boxes out of MDF with OSB trim.
