My parents bought me a Handy Andy tool kit when I was a child. I purchased the exact kit on ebay. The kit is complete and the tools have not been used.

I purchased the kit for my boys to use. The tools are fair quality. With a bit of tune-up, I think they will work fine.

If you owned this kit, would you keep it as collectible and buy new tools for the children?

Would you tune-up the tools and put the children to work?

If you don’t want to use your Handy Andy, Highland has a kit for kids this Christmas. It’s about $100 US, and looks like it decently stocked.

Keep Handy Andy for later. Go to Harbor F(reight) for inexpensive starter tools and a box. Add tools as the kiddies progress in skill.
