A fellow lumberjock on here manages to stain images onto wood with no bleeding I am racking my brain trying to figure out how and was wondering if any of you have any ideas on how he does it you can see one of his projects here.

My guess is that he made a stencil and sprayed it. You could send him a PM and ask?

How about a stencil and gel stain?

Thanks Jim and though I applaud his ingenuity I’m not paying 50 bucks to applaud it more :) Guess I’ll just do some trial and error.
