Topic tags/keywords: humor winter snow cold wet

Yesterdsay here in Niagara Falls it was a bright beautiful day high in the upper 30s. Got a customer who needs a roof repair and he didn’t call me. Well his loss because today we are getting our first snow fall, wet slussy turning everything white. I may take a ride on the Ural a bit later because it’s soooooo much fun to ride in the snow..

Here’s to you old man winter and here’s to you Niagara Falls, a little music for the time and place -

Niagara Falls is a beautiful place, but you can keep the winters. :-)

Have fun on the ride!

Al – Thank you.
Charlie – The song better depicts what is the true Niagara Falls not the tourist areas.

That Ural is a great bike, the first year I got my 1974 Honda 750F I rode it all winter just because I wanted
to, and I was younger and foolish. You can tell that Ural was designed for rough distances with the spare
tire, gas can and driven side car wheel, while it would not keep up with a nitro injected ugly Egli, it will
definitely get you where you want to go and get you home also. Thank you for sharing and I hope you
have many happy miles on that bike. Is that snow sticking to your beard in that last shot, or are you just
picking up a few years like some of us?

Agreed. Urals are extremely cool bikes.

If memory serves, they are NOT the ride of choice, if you are in a particular hurry, and/or ignore speed limits, but …. ;-)

Be safe !

Comments on your comments;
Imaknockove of BMW (The Original knock off)

while it would not keep up with a nitro injected ugly Egli, it will definitely get you where you want to go and get you home also Yea and it will take me places the ugly Egli would never think to go. Been there and done that, Yea! And I won this years bike pull at the Niagara County Motorcycle Club’s field event.

Oh that’s not snow in my beard. I tell my Boy Scouts they caused it. :-)

NOT the ride of choice, if you are in a particular hurry Nope but that’s why I’ve got a Kawasaki 750 Vulcan… Go fast get there fast and beat the s__t out of those kids on crotch rockets.

And thank you all for your comments and interest. Fun to share this wth you guys.
