I am redoing my TV room and the wife said do what I want. Since I spend a good amount of time in it I was thinking of giving it a rustic cabin feel to it. Anyone have any thoughts on what I could do? What type of reclaimed lumber would work the best?

Thanks for your input.

John

Use new lumber. Western red cedar or knoty pine. Four foot vertical wainscoat below and horozontal boards above. A good heavy rail on top of the wainscoat. All clear finish.
