Topic tags/keywords: question sander

i own a HF oscillating tool for several year.
I am delighted with it but the sanding pads suck.
I am looking on line to buy another brand of pads on line, but do you know if they are all the same size?
Thanks.

I haven’t tried it with mine, but I have heard that the Harbor Freight stuff is compatible with the Fein multimaster, so I imagine the opposite is true (assuming I didn’t misunderstand what I read). If you searched for a topic about cheaper alternatives to the Fein accessories, you will probably find the conversation I read. Maybe someone with more experience will come along shortly.

Bert—I have been buying sanding supplies from Industrial Abrasives ( http://www.industrialabrasives.com/ ).

Good quality, good prices, and great customer service.

Bert—Haven’t used Klingspor’s sanding pads, but I use their stuff in my drum sander … top drawer!

I buy all my abrasives from Klingspor, their prices cannot be beaten.
I bought a box a miscellaneous 3×21 sanding belts for less than $1.00/piece for top quality, in my opinion better than 3M or Norton at a fraction of the price.

I buy from Klingspor also. Can’t beat their prices I don’t think.

Bert—I learned a long time ago that is often better to embrace rather than try to suppress my ‘inner child’. And I avoid trying to take myself too seriously!
