I have bought a RIDGID 18 V drill and inpact drill driver in 2009. Not yet two years old. When I tried charging the batteries on the charger both Red and Green lights are palsating at the same time and the batteries don’t accept the charge. Has anyone who has had this problem please advise what might be the problem??

The Ridgid batteries and charger should have a lifetime warranty. Take em back!

The store won’t help you but if you registered with ridgid you should have a LSA number then you will have to send it to a service center. Good luck
