I’ve always enjoyed the Brothers Gibb and their awesome music.
Saying some prayers for Robin as he is plagued with liver cancer at this time.
May God bless him and his family.

A few weeks ago I downloaded all the Music and Videos I could find on YouTube regarding Saturday Night Fever. Needless to say it was all their music.

I have a few 33-1/3 LP’s of theirs also. Beautiful Music!!

This song has always been my Favourite. The message is SO Clear and Meaningfull.

I played trumpet for Many Many Years when I was younger. I Always played this Song at the end of my One Hour Practice Sessions.

Another Reason? My Mother Loved the Song also and She always had a smile on Her Face when I came back Downstairs.

What more could I ask for.

Sad Day for the Music Industry!

Thanks for Posting Dusty.

Dusty:

Sorry to hear about your Dad and Cousin. Lost my Dad also when He was 52 and I Was 18.

Also my Best Friend and Construction Partner of 35 Years, last year. Kind of Hard to Take but the Fond Memories will always Live On.

Trust me on this
Get the DVD “One night only” the BeeGees, that was filmed at the MGM Las Vegas in 1997.
The video and sound are 5 stars.
They perform all their songs from the 60’s 70’s 80’s and 90’s.
It’s 2 hours of the greatest performance/concert I’ve ever seen of them.
They also do a short segment honoring Andy who back then had died a few months before.

That family has really taken some hits.

My business partner and best friend passed from Brain Cancer at the age of 46, leaving a wife and 3 boys. That was 18 years ago and he’ll forever be missed.

I guess the phrase from Dion rings true ”The good, they all die young”

jim & Dusty:

Nothing wrong with a little Nap in the afternoon!!

What you might have to worry about is when you sit in your Rocking Chair and can’t get it going!! ;-}
