Hey Gang,
Looking for some help on a project i’ve been wanting to do for a few years now. Id love to make a bunch of these brushes with horsehair bristles, and other varieties for gifts and whatnot. A local brush company is going to insert the bristles for me, but I am to provide the blocks or blanks.

I have made 1 template for each style/size of brush. What I cant figure out, is how to make multiple, as in a hundred or so of each one without going the CNC route? I have no experience in that game. Will 2 sides tape, a flush cut bit on the router table and a LOT of time do it best?

Any insight or ribbing from actual brushmakers will be helpful!
