I just posted a reply to a thread, but when I read it, much of the text was missing. I went back to edit and the text was all ok, but it still didn’t appear in the final reply???? This was in response to “cutting aluminum with a bandsaw”

Your problem is the ”<>” used in the post. HTML uses this as “tag” designators

If you are cutting aluminum in a band saw (or any other saw, for that matter) make it a rule to always use a blade that will have at least two teeth in contact with the workpiece. Thin stock requires a fine tooth blade…

If you love it. set it free – if it doesn’t come back, hunt it down and kill it!
