All members will recieve full refunds through paypal asap. Several issues caused the items to not ship and also the lack of correspondance. None of this was intentional and all issues will be settled. I will go into further detail with each person due to the personal nature of what happened. I am posting here like this due to the fact I can reach everyone at once. Please make claims through paypal and all money owed will be refunded through there. All previouse emails sent have not been forwarded to me so please contact through paypal claims. Thank you and sorry everyone this will be resolved! |

You need to post this here : -- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did. |

I have sent several e-mails and left several voice mails as well. Paid for 2 transactions with you for $130. You acknowledged receipt of the Pay Pal funds and then stopped communicating. I am interested in knowing why. |

I have 2 claims against you at present. You have not responded to Pay Pal as yet. If you are sincere, you will respond to them right away. Better yet, why not go ahead and either immediately refund the payments or ship the items (with tracking numbers provided)? If you want us to believe you are refunding the money, SHOW US THE MONEY!!! |

I wanted to give you all an update on this situation as I believe JONNYTRANSCEND’s last message was very misleading as to what his real intentions are. As you read in all the above posts, JONNYTRANSCEND scammed some of us on here. I opened a claim (actually two, because there were two separate payments after he misled me on the status of an item he mailed but claimed the Post Office lost) on 16 NOV 2011. He had until yesterday, 27 NOV 2011 (10 days) to respond to the claims on Paypal. Four days ago, 24 NOV 2011, JONNYTRANSCEND posted to this forum that he would take care of everything, that he would explain to everyone involved what the issue(s) were and that he was sorry. As of today, 28 NOV 2011, he has done absolutely nothing. He has not responded to the Paypal claim and he has not sent me an email explaining why he stole my money. Lastly, and most importantly, he has not refunded the money he stole from me. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to send this guy money in the future for anything and that is not why I am posting this. I am posting this so nobody gets duped by the post he made in which he made it appear he was trying to do the right thing. I am still missing my money. For the others who got scammed by this guy, has he refunded your money or have you heard anything from Paypal? -- Mike |

As of today, Nov. 28, my Pay Pal account shows that Pay Pal is still waiting for responses from him on the 2 claims that I have against him. |

Ditto , no response , no money returned : ( -- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did. |

“Please make claims through paypal and all money owed will be refunded through there. “ To me it sounds like he dumping it on paypal. You file with paypal, paypal pays you. Then paypal goes after him. Kind makes you wonder what personal crisis made things go so wrong, so fast… -- Karen - a little bit of stupid goes a long way |

In addition to having PayPal pursue him, isn’t this fraudulant activity that merits police action? PayPal should have his address. -- Happiness is like wetting your pants...everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.... |

I am very curious as to what ever happened to this scamming loser? And from the looks of things, from all the tools he was selling, he was having some financial hardships anyway. So Johnny, anything to say for yourself? Anybody actually get a refund? -- Kenny |

I also got refunded via PayPal…no apologies from the offender. -- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did. |

No refund is mail fraud and is a federal offense. If guilty the scam guy will be in prison. If he has a brain cell left he will refund the $$$ or he will be in the federal pokey with Alan Stanford. |
