I recently had a magazine that had several keepsake type box plans, but I have lost it. I think I may have left it on the airplane on the way home from our vacation. Any rate, there was a jewelry box . . . . really more like a small cabinet, that had laminated bow front doors that would swing open revealing a place to hang necklaces. There were several drawers in side as well.

The issue that I’m referring to also had a keepsake box with an intarsia bow on top.

DOES ANYONE RECOGNIZE THESE PROJECTS? IF SO, CAN YOU TELL ME WHICH MAGAZINE THEY WERE IN SO I CAN GET THE PLANS IN TIME FOR MAKING THIS BOX FOR MY WIFE FOR CHRISTMAS?

Thanks

If its the one in the link I can scan the article and the making of the doors for you and send it to you. PM me and I’ll scan it tomorrow.

I simply cant believe it. I went through all the back issues of Woodcraft and Shop Notes I have at home and even looked on their web site, and I did not see the article. I even went to woodcraft today and looked through the entire set of back issues and did not see that article. Dah. Thanks so much. That’s exactly the one I’m looking for and thanks to you, MRG, for offering to send it to me. Can you do that through Wood Jocks or do you need my email address?
