Whats going on with their online videos, Ive seen the nest of drawers now for at least 3 weeks and on the by line it says there is still great interest but even after posting a question in their email no response. Have they packed it in?

I don’t know what is going on, but I have sure been missing it. Really messed up my routine, not having a new episode to watch each week!

Haven’t watched the show for a while now, so can;t comment further. The show used to be on a Tuesday night here in the UK.

If the show comes back online I’ll have to mark my diary up to watch it.

Let me know when it’s back on.

I have sent a couple of messages via the form on their website, but no response.

My hunch is that it ain’t gonna happen no more. Russell Morash (creator of NYW) must be in his mid-to-late 70’s by now (graduated from Boston University in 1957) ... maybe he is retiring and there isn’t enough cash flow there to be attractive enough for someone else to pick up the reins.

Too bad if that is the case, I didn’t start watching NYW until about 2005, so there are still a lot of episodes I would still like to see.

Thanks for the info guys, if thats the case Gerry it would be a real loss. His style and gracious manner has yet to be repeated, learned a ton from watching the shows and was kind of upset when all the BIG money tools got brought into the shop as they were not representative of what a standard woodworker would have. Lets hope someone takes over the videos.

crippledcarpenter—Norm left the show about 2 years ago and they shut down production of new episodes, but they have been running old episodes on their website since then.
