I need to build a Zero Clearance insert for a Delta 36-560 table saw. This insert is a rectangle in shape and 1/16” thick. Are there any suggestions on how to build this one and what material to use?

Those thin inserts are tough to make, and I haven’t seen any for sale anywhere. I have a Ryobi job site saw and made a sled that gives me a sawblade width kerf.
