I used to go to “VIEW GALLARY” and I could see member’s photos of their projects now it’s all blank squares.
Any of you have the same problem?

Nope, not a flash player issue. Too many people with the same problem. It’s the LJ site or host server for the images.

I also checked a few of my Buddies, & came up blank.

It must be down for repairs , or something.

Macintosh here.
Doesn’t work in either safari or firefox.

Safari’s activity listing shows… not found

BTW – I think “Site Feedback” and a better title would have been a better (might I even say “correct”) place to have posted this.

Now I see what you’re talking about.
I’m all blanks also.
I’m sure it’s a temporary glitch

I’m not sure what the bug is…..My gallery is also blank. I discovered if I open one of my projects, then click the edit button in that project, and then save it without making any changes, then all my projects show up in my gallery. I have no idea if anyone else can see them and I can’t seem to see the galleries of others. The gallery view is pretty neat but I think they still have a bug or two with it.

Mine is just all blank and it is because I need to install the new version of Adobe Flash Player and I can’t do that because my operating system I Windows 2000—-too so I cannot see any U tube videos either. They must have just changed the requirement in the last month! I must go shopping for a computer with Widows 7.
Does anyone know if I can just put a new operating system on my old PC?

No, it’s not the flash player. I tried it with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome, and none worked.
Then I tried it on a different computer at a different location, and still no gallery. It has to be a problem with the website.

@Jim Jakosh: You can install a new OS (Operating System) on your old PC. Guessing from the fact that you had Windows 2000 originally, your computer probably doesn’t physically have the capability to run anything higher than Windows XP. I think that if you RIGHT-CLICK the “My Computer” icon on your desktop, and click “Properties” it should tell you how much RAM you have and the type of processor that is installed. Then compare that info with the system requirements for Windows XP, which can be found easily with a google search. You could probably buy a legal unregistered copy of XP on eBay for under $100. I doubt that a computer made for Windows 2000 could handle a new OS like Vista, and I’m certain it couldn’t handle Windows 7. It may sound wasteful, but maybe buying a different computer might be best. A decent used PC 3 to 5 yrs old should be able to handle Vista or 7, and it shouldn’t cost more than $200. And if you go that route, try to get one with an OS already installed, so that you don’t have to deal with buying a new OS separately.

Message me with any questions you may have.

we are aware of the issue.
It’s on the list of all the “bugs” from the big server crash we experienced recently.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
