Delta 6” professional jointer needs a new home near Vancouver, Washington.

I bought this Model 37-196 (37-196 was Delta’s re-labeling of 37-195 jointers returned for factory reconditioning) in 2002.

It’s been lightly used (maybe 10 hours) and is in great shape; both infeed and outfeed tables are flat and true. I wax the tables and fence regularly.

It’s on a Shop Fox mobile base.

I’m downsizing and can’t justify the space for this machine takes for the times I use it. I’m hoping some other woodworker can use this great machine.

$325, you pick up.

Here are the details:

Rack and pinion fence adjustment for precise fence movement.
Large cast iron infeed and outfeed tables support extra long stock.
1 HP motor wired for 110 current.
The enclosed steel stand includes an integral dust connector with 4” diameter outlet.
Conveniently-positioned on/off paddle switch is placed high above the table, in full operator view, for quick access.
Safety cutterhead guard pivots out of the way during operation.
Extra-large, center-mounted cast iron fence provides maximum work support throughout the cut.
Quick-index infeed table positioning lever for fast, accurate set-up
